How it works and what your coaching package includes
After agreeing a contract, receiving the Association for Coaching ethical guidelines, we identify your objectives for the coaching. We agree on a number of sessions for your coaching package. Typically this is 6-10. Sometimes, clients wish to continue, especially if they are transitioning into another role during the coaching period.
There is an onboarding session to explain the process in more detail, including how to use the Client Success Journal.
You book in your sessions at your convenience using the online calendar.
After each session, I send you a copy of my written notes to add to your own notes.
Your coaching materials and resources will be tailored to you on a very bespoke basis. For example, it could include a 360 degree appraisal in your workplace, or a time management template. I will quickly be able to ascertain, create and provide the materials you will require to support your bespoke coaching programme.
Having a crisis of confidence? Offered an interview!? Emergency coaching calls can be made available (with mutual availability).
Each session is one hour and clear action points are agreed at the end of each session.
Rest assured that a contract with T&C’s will be agreed and signed before we begin and you will receive a copy of the Association for Coaching Ethical Guidelines.
