S1: Ep10 | The Art of Captaincy: leadership lessons from the world of cricket

with Wesley Durston & Patrick Latham

A departure from our usual format today as I had the privilege of welcoming both Patrick Latham and Wesley Durston, cricketers, coaches and authors, to talk about leadership in the game of cricket and in particular the "mental game".

A fascinating discussion looking at cricket and leadership and the possible lessons for leaders in all sectors are clear to see! We explored the art of captaincy and in particularly how to create future leaders, build resilience and how to cope with the pressures of being a new captain.
