Elevate Your Energy No. 4: Tapping Into Creative Energy and Learning
with Ann Collins
Our final episode in this mini-series is all about how we can create energy by tapping into creative activities, which is one of the strategies suggested by Emilyand Amelia Nagosky, in their work referenced in the previous episodes.
Combining her experience in education and coaching, Ann suggests that in the field of coaching and personal development, we can learn a lot in this area from analysing what teachers do everyday: help children to operate in a zone of high energy and creativity. She suggests that we can make use of their methods and she gives us three steps to use this on a daily basis to achieve your goals and create the energy that you need.
Finally, she argues that energy is the new capital! It can't be bought, outsourced or automated - we need to know how to create and protect our own energy levels in order to start living our legacy.
