S1: Ep3 | Adam Williams: Creativity, engagement and celebrating "glorious failure"
with Adam Williams: Chief Commercial Officer, Lightwave
Adam Williams is a highly experienced commercial leader who, in his own words, "is still learning". His positive and open mindset is evident throughout this episode in which he talks candidly about modern leadership and how he applies his approach practically on a daily basis.
He shares his approach to leading, as a mentor, facilitator, coach and also as someone who is there to serve. That's not to say he doesn't have high standards!
He talks about how he promotes creativity, works hard to ensure that all members of the team are genuinely included at all stages of projects and in particular how valuing what he terms, "glorious failure" is one of his keys to success.
